Ce projet propose de nouvelles typologies d'habitat, basé sur la même idée et déclinable selon la taille du logement.Le bâtiment est conçu suivant une trame dans laquelle s'insèrent des logements occupant 2,4 ou 6 trames.
This project gives a new type of housing based on one same idea and movable according to the size of the flat.The building is thinked according to a frame in which is insert dwellings using 2,4 or 6 frames.
Chaque logement est modulable et bénéficie d’une pièce indépendante ou intégrée à l'appartement.
Cette pièce bénéficie d’un accès direct depuis la coursive extérieure et depuis l’appartement.
Exemple 1Un couple avec un enfant emménage dans un 2 pièces.Lorsque l’enfant quitte le domicile, sa chambre peutse détacher de l’appartement initial pour être louer ou revendue.
Exemple 2Un jeune couple achetant son premier logement peut acheter une pièce supplémentaire pour la louer dans un premier temps de façon autonome puis décider de l'intégrer à l'appartement à un moment voulu.

Every apartment is flexible and has an isolable room, which can be autonomous or connected to the flat.
This room is accessible from the common spaces and from the flat itself.
